Reporting Concerns

If you are concerned about a child's welfare or worried they are being abused, the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the single point of contact for all safeguarding and wellbeing concerns regarding children and young people in Royal Borough Windsor and Maidenhead. All referrals must be sent to in the first instance.

You can also phone the contact centre for the Council where you live – and remember to say the person or service you need is in Achieving for Children by calling 01628 683150.

The Safeguarding Referral Form can also be used to share information. More information on how to make a referral can be found here.

If you are unsure the Pan Berks Procedures Manual will be able to help guide you or the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Windsor and Maidenhead will be able to advise.

Alternatively you can call ChildLine for advice on 0800 1111 or email them by visiting
